If you have found a security vulnerability, email security@solysai.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not access other people's data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We commit to acknowledging good-faith security reports within 2 business days and will not pursue legal action against good-faith research conducted within these rules.
If you are in Jamaica and are unsatisfied with our response to a data protection concern, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC), Jamaica's data protection regulator, at oic.gov.jm.
